A brief overview of the Explorer section
Once the young people become Explorers they are welcome to join in with the district based Explorer units. Lange Wapper (2nd Deal Unit) was formed to run in partnership with 2nd Deal for those who wished to keep interest in the water activities. So far we have enjoyed many happy years in this partnership which benefits both parties when the Explorers assist as young leaders in the other sections. Explorers meet from 18.30 start in the summer and 19.00 in the winter months with all meetings finishing at 21.00.
